Mr. Bradley Page
Bradley Page joined Shawnee Mission South in the fall of 2015 as a Special Education teacher. Prior to South, Bradley served as an Adaptive Special Education teacher at Blue Valley North High School and Lawrence High School. Throughout his tenure in education, Bradley coached football and wrestling at the high school level.
Page attended Baker University as a student-athlete, majoring in History and Special Education. He went on to earn his Master's degree in Adaptive Special Education at Baker University and then in Building Leadership at Emporia State University.
Bradley serves as the associate principal for special education; he is also the administrator for students with the last names starting with A through E.
Ms. Nancy Tynon
Nancy Tynon is excited to join the Shawnee Mission South Raider family, as an Assoc. Principal, this fall. It will be Nancy’s 26 year in education. She has served as a secondary Assoc. Principal for 14 years. Prior to becoming a building administrator, Nancy taught high school and middle school ELA for 11 years. While teaching ELA, she sponsored several student activities, such as cheer, pep-club and the student literary-magazine.
Nancy earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska with a major in Psychology and a minor in English. Nancy received her teaching degree in English from Rockhurst University. She, also, attended UMKC, where she earned her Master’s degree in Ed. Leadership.
Nancy serves as the associate principal for activities; she is also the administrator for students with the last names starting with F through M.
DR. Justin Bogart
Justin Bogart joins the Shawnee Mission South team after serving as associate principal at Leavenworth High School since 2015. Prior to becoming an administrator, Bogart taught English language arts in the De Soto school district for 20 years - 5 years at De Soto High School and 15 years at Mill Valley High School where he was also the head boys basketball coach.
Bogart earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas in 1994 and Master's of School Leadership in 2001 and his Doctorate degree in District Leadership in 2019 both from Baker University.
Justin will serve as the associate principal for curriculum and instruction; he will also be the administrator for students with last names starting with N through Z.
Dr. John Johnson
Dr. John E. Johnson joined the Shawnee Mission South team as a teacher in August of 2000. Prior to serving at South, he taught and coached in the Kansas City, Kansas School District for 9 years. At Shawnee Mission South, John has taught both regular and AP Government, regular and AP Macro/Micro ECON, US History, Law and the Legal Process, and International Relations, and has coached baseball.
John has degrees from Kansas State University (BA-1980); University of Kansas City (ED - 1991); and Washburn University School of Law (JD - 1982). He is licensed to practice law in both the State and Federal Courts in Kansas, as well as in the United States Supreme Court.
John serves as the Athletic Director at Shawnee Mission South.
