Dance Contract
High school guests to Shawnee Mission South's Homecoming, Sweetheart, and Prom dances must have an outside guest dance contract form completed by their school administrator. Guests not in high school must have the form signed by the parent of a South student. Guests must be at least in the 9th grade, may not be older than 20 years and will need to show either their high school I.D. or their driver's license at the dance.
The completed form needs to be returned to South Administration the Thursday prior to the dance and prior to purchasing tickets.
